Maple Vanilla Granola

The most delicious granola that contains no artificial sweeteners and is super easy to make. Add it to yogurt, smoothie bowls or eat it plain as a snack!

Ingredients


2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup hemp seeds 1/2 cup chia seeds 1/2 cup flax seeds 1 cup walnuts, chopped 1 cup pecans, chopped 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp cinnamon Pinch of salt


Directions


1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bowl combine oats, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, walnuts and pecans. Stir until combined.

2. Add in the coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt and stir until all the dry ingredients are covered.

3. Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet. Spread across the pan evenly and place in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.


4. Allow the granola to cool before removing it from the pan. Once cool, break into small pieces and store in a airtight container.


Notes.


This recipe can be altered with any nuts or seeds you have on hand! You can use anything you have in your pantry.
